• Communicating regarding quotes, order status, and file delivery.

• Internal quality control to ensure your files meet our "Guaranteed Sharp" standards.

• Professional Tooling: We use advanced Adobe AI-enhanced diagnostic and restoration tools to assist in our manual process.

• Data Security: Unlike public, free AI generators, our professional tools operate in a secure, controlled environment. Your uploaded assets are not used to train public AI models or shared with third-party AI databases for their own purposes.

• Manual Oversight: Every technical decision is made by a human specialist to ensure your brand integrity remains intact.

We act as a temporary technical vault for your graphics:

• Security: Files are stored on encrypted drives accessible only by our technical specialists.

• Retention: We retain your "before" and "after" files for 30 days following delivery as a courtesy backup. After 30 days, files are moved to a secure offline archive or permanently deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your files at any time.

While this is a privacy policy, we believe in total transparency regarding your assets:

• You retain full ownership of the original assets you provide.

• Upon full payment, all rights to the final restored vector files are transferred to you.

• We will not use your restored graphics for our own marketing or "Before & After" portfolio without your implicit or explicit consent.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or brand assets. Data is only shared with:

• Trusted payment processors to complete your transaction.

• Law enforcement if required by New Zealand law.
